Questions about creation timeframes, delivery and tracking.
How long will my order take to ship?
How long does delivery take once my order is dispatched?
Within Australia, standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, while express shipping usually takes 1–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $250 AUD.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Please note that any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
Questions about returns, cancellations, damaged items and repairs.
Can I return or exchange my piece?
Because each OLIVÏE piece is made to order especially for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your stones and preferred length carefully before placing your order.
What if my piece arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details, a description of the issue and clear photos. We’ll assess the piece and offer a repair, replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, materials may have been sourced and production may have begun, so cancellations may no longer be possible.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Jewellery is delicate and we offer repairs for pieces damaged through wear and tear where possible. A repair fee may apply depending on the nature of the damage. Please contact us for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major debit and credit cards through our secure online checkout.
When will I be charged?
Full payment is required at checkout. Your piece will begin production once payment has been received.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and PayPal. OLIVÏE does not store your full card details.
