2. Our Pieces
Each Olivie piece is made to order, created slowly and with intention.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our work and the use of natural stones:
- Variations in colour, pattern, and shape may occur
- No two pieces are exactly the same
These variations are not faults, but part of what makes each piece unique.
3. Processing Time
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your piece to be created prior to dispatch.
In some cases, creation may take longer due to material sourcing or supplier delays. We do not rush this process.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in AUD
- Full payment is required at checkout
- Orders will not begin production until payment has been received
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are dependent on the shipping provider. Olivie Jewellery is not responsible for delays once your order has left us.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch.
6. Returns & Exchanges
As all pieces are made to order:
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting details and imagery.
We will assess and provide a repair, replacement, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, materials may have been sourced and production may have commenced. Cancellations may no longer be possible.
8. Jewellery Care
Our pieces are delicate and require careful handling.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Wear and tear
- Exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals
- Improper storage or handling

Returns & Exchanges
Because every OLIVÏE piece is handcrafted to order specifically for you, we handle returns and exchanges with the following policy.
Returns Policy
As all pieces are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to choose your stones and preferred length carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lisi@oliviejewellery.com with supporting details and imagery.
We will assess the item and provide a repair, replacement, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law. Please do not return items without first contacting us for instructions.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
After this 24-hour window, materials may have been sourced and production may have commenced. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible.
Repairs
Jewellery is delicate and requires careful handling. We offer a repair service for pieces that have been damaged through wear and tear. A fee may apply depending on the nature of the repair. Please contact us for a quote.
Shipping Guide
Every OLIVÏE piece is handcrafted when you order it. Because we create slowly and with intention, please allow time for your piece to be composed before it is sent to you.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your piece to be created prior to dispatch. In some cases, creation may take longer due to material sourcing or supplier delays — we will keep you updated if this is the case.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship nationwide via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $250 AUD.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery timeframes and costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Olivie Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider once your order has left our studio. Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch.
